Starting as an Intern, Growing with Thrive

June 16, 2026

After being an intern for 11 months at Thrive, this journey has been nothing short of meaningful and transformative. What started as a simple opportunity to learn and gain experience slowly became a space where I was able to grow, contribute, and discover what I’m truly capable of.

When I first joined, I came in with curiosity, excitement, and a bit of uncertainty about what working in a fast-paced creative and marketing environment would really be like. I was eager to learn but didn’t fully know what to expect.

Throughout the 11 months, I was exposed to real projects that challenged me in the best way possible. From assisting in content calendars, creating promotional materials, supporting campaign executions, to collaborating on creative ideas — every task helped shape my understanding of how strategy, creativity, and execution come together in real work.

There were challenges along the way, moments of trial and error, and times I had to step out of my comfort zone. But those were also the moments that helped me grow the most. I was lucky to be part of a team that was supportive, patient, and open to collaboration, which made learning a lot more meaningful.

Over time, I stopped seeing myself as “just an intern” and started feeling like I was truly part of the team. I gained confidence, improved my skills, and learned how to take initiative and trust my ideas.

Now, officially becoming a member of the Thrive team feels like a full-circle moment. After 11 months of learning and growing, this transition is not just a title change — it’s a reminder of how far consistency, effort, and willingness to learn can take you.

I’m grateful for everything this journey has taught me, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead as part of the team. This is just the beginning.
