Thrive Digital is proud to deepen its partnership with CIIT College of Arts and Technology as an official industry partner—welcoming interns from their Multimedia Arts and Computer Science programs into our growing creative and technology ecosystem.

On November 13, 2025, we welcomed CIIT representatives Maria Socorro M. Cruz, CHRA (Placement Officer) and Mae Rafanan (SFS Manager) to our Ortigas office. The visit was an opportunity to reflect on our current collaboration, align on improvements, and explore future programs that will further bridge the gap between industry and the next generation of digital professionals.

Building Real-World Readiness Through Hands-On Experience

As part of our ongoing mission to train the future leaders of the digital industry, Thrive Digital is committed to offering students meaningful, end-to-end project experiences. Through our internship program, CIIT students work closely with our team on real client briefs—from strategy and ideation to execution and performance.

What makes this partnership special is our integration of interns into actual projects with women-led businesses, allowing them to witness firsthand how digital marketing, data-driven insights, and creative innovation can help empower and grow local brands.

Multimedia Arts interns sharpen their design, storytelling, and production skills, while Computer Science interns build capabilities in data science, web development, automation, and technical implementation. This immersive experience ensures that by the time they graduate, they are not only industry-ready—but industry-competitive.
